Guest guest
Oh Suzi...you forgot to share that MAC are super fattening too and lots of fat. I haven't looked up the count, Yes they do have lots of fat. I think it's around 100 grams of fat per cup. Tonight I was reading The Self-Healing Cookbook and macadamias and cashews are considered what she calls the two "high stress" nuts. I try to keep my fat to under about 25 grams a day...often less than that. I have some raw food "cook"books but noticed that they often use tons of nuts in their recipes. I haven't looked up the count, but not even wanting to peak as when my friend makes lasagna she uses these nuts. Ouch for the reminder. Back to toss, decluttering or at least "attempting" to lighten the load--lots going to thrift store, maybe some things to craigslist to sell, and probably not ebay as not been having much luck other than paying fees for no sales....now that's an ouch... carol Get your email and more, right on the new .com
