Guest guest
This is adapted from a 1952 blender cookbook. 1 teaspoon curry powder 1 teaspoon honey 1 slice onion or 1 green onion, roughly chopped 4 sprigs parsley 1/2 clove garlic (or to taste) 2 inch strip of outer lemon peel 3/4 cup olive oil 1/4 cup lemon juice 1/4 teaspoon black pepper dash (or to taste) cayenne pepper Put all into the blender and blend until smooth. Use as dressing for salads or veggies. OR soak 1/2 cup of your favorite dry beans for at least 12 hours and add to the blender for a curry dip. Use some soaking water if necessary.
