Guest guest
Tad has also developed a specialized way of doing NLP that is very effective for almost instantaneous relief from many situations, it's called Timeline Therapy, and he has a number of good tapes sets on it, including one called " The Secret Of Creating Your Future " which takes you through the actual process on yourself. charlie --- Reg Reynolds <rmreynolds@...> wrote: > Reg Reynolds > > I would recommend the Tad audio- and > videotapes, available from Advanced Neuro Dynamics, > 1 800 800-MIND. > > > > From: " Judith White Pertet " > <jwhite_pertet@...> > > Subject: Re: NLP > > > > Would anyone have recommendations for a good way > to learn NLP? Guest guest
Hi Timeline is a very effective technique which can be used to relieve excess negative emotion that drives your life in an unresourceful way. I have never used it on myself, but have had someone else take me through it and I have used it with clients. I think it would depend on how in touch you are with your unconscious mind as to how effective it would be on your own. I think you would have to practise floating along your timeline and being in touch with your unconscious before doing the whole technique. Guest guest
Hi Charlie Yes I have had a couple of those sorts of challenges, but when you do get through it is a real buzz, because quite often they have been that way for a long time and didn't even realise how much they had been blocking out until they have been shifted into a more relaxed and in touch state. Yes I agree that there are quite a few men out there even in the days of modern men and equality that have had it installed in them as children that only girls need to be in touch with their feelings! I can only imagine what sort of a strain that must be to constantly deny and suppress the existence of deep feelings and see them as a weakness. I have met one that had not cried since as long as he could remember as he was always told he had to be strong and crying was a weakness! The release and relief was amazing and a real eye opening experience for him and me! Time line really did not work for him previously or any other NLP technique which required the unconscious mind, there was just nothing a blackness until we tapped it away and some experiences that previously he had not been able to bring into his conscious came flooding back and the baggage he had been carrying lightened. It took some time, but the results were definately worth it! Take care >>>hi karen >> >I've lent the tapes to so many people, the tape set >packaging looks like it's been through a war. so I've >had ample opportunity to find out how different >personality types react to it. > >most people have found them enormously beneficial and >listen to them over and over until they've gotten a >substantial benefit.
