OT: Burnt inside of stainless inside again--SOLUTION NOW

I suppose I should re-read before I send, LOL. I meant baking

soda. Whoever said to use vinegar made me think - vinegar and baking

soda will clean out a stopped up pipe with the chemical reaction

foaming action - why wouldn't a mix of baking soda and vinegar clean

the burnt residue off a pan?
