RECIPES: Lavender and Orange Salad

Lavender and Orange Salad

3 very ripe oranges, sliced, with the pith and membrane removed

1 teaspoon chopped fresh lavender flowers

3 teaspoons red wine vinegar

a very little chopped Spanish onion

Mix all the ingredients. Serve as a first course.

Serves 2

Very interesting salad. Too bad my lavender is come and went, I'll have to visit the farm and get some to try this. Sounds good.
