Have not tried this yet.. Take Your Time Veggies 4 celery ribs cut in 1" pieces4 small carrots cut in 1" pieces2 med tomatoes cut into chunks2 med onions thinly sliced2 cup cut fresh green beans cut in 1" chunks1 med green pepper cut in 1" pieces1/4 cup nutbutter, melted3 Tbs quick-cooking tapioca1 Tbs honey 2 tsp seasalt -- optional1/8 tsp pepper Place the vegetables in a slow cooker. Combine butter, tapioca, sugar, salt, if desired, and pepper; pour over vegetables and stir well. Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours or until vegetables are tender.
