Hi freshair and welcome! Well, I first must ask "what is you diet like? what do you eat drink etc.. do you or are you taking any meds, herbs, vitamins at present? What is your lifestyle like? Are you under any stress? My first thoughts are to cleanse and detox.... and go to a raw diet for beginners.. Waiting for your answers. and am trying not to use any pain meds unless I get a killer

headache. I have taken a B complex pill for years and started b-12

under the tongue about 6 months ago. I just started 5HTP.

My problem was oral only, so i am using Biotene toothpaste and have

been wheat free for 6 months, which was the main irritant. I had to

go on prednisone to knock down the response, and all is well, thank

god, for now.

My main issues are overwhelming fatigue from not getting enough

sleep.

Ok, for arthritis, try MSM, (mega doses) Headaches, try feverfew or some peppermint oil (rubbed at temples etc) Camomile tea may help relax you at nite... Fatigue......do you get any exercise during the day? I'm assuming you eat healthy?? IF NOT, you may want to try a 3 day juice fast to start.. or water fast. and cleanse your body of toxins.. A thorough cleanse down the road may also be in order... but for now try going on a raw diet for a few days and then a juice fast, say apple or apple carrot mix.. Once over it I think you'll find you'll be feeing better. • 3 years later...

I hadn't thought about this before, but LDN may be helping. I've had

it (in those unmentionable places) for about ten years. The doc gave

me a cream to take twice a week " forever " . I noticed a month or so

ago that I've just sort of been " forgetting " and it's fine. I guess

I thought the doc was wrong and it somehow just wore out. But maybe

LDN did fix it!
