Guest guest
Hi Lynn, From my perspective, no soy is not good for humans as it is not a food for them. You cannot eat raw soybeans and make a meal out of them. Besides, soy fails the test, is not appealing to the eyes, is not appealing to our sense of smell and certainly is not appealing to our sense of taste, unless all of your senses are perverted and functioning in a much less than optimum mode. However, there are those who wish to believe that anything we deign to consider as possible food for our species is fair game and thus good for you. Yes, soy may have some benefits but the toxins in soy far our weigh any benefits and add on top of that the processing soy beans must go through to become fit even for animal consumption let alone human consumption. Yet, is all personal choice. We all get to choose what we put into our mouths just like we get to choose what we wish to come out of our mouths. ;-) Don Pearlmoon wrote: I thought soy wasn't good for you. I've been trying to stay away from soy products because of that. Is it true? The recipe sounds really good though.
