I do a testing 3 times a day. I also add alkaline drops to my drinking water. Body Ph is very important.

Where are you buying the alkaline drops? What kind? How many drops to what quantity of water approximately?

I bought Alkalive ph drops. It's a 2 part system but very easy. 20 drops of one bottle and 5 drops of the other bottle added to 16 oz. of water. I think Alkalive might be the only people who make something like this. I bought mine at the health food store but I'll bet you could get the system cheaper on the internet. I think I paid $25. It lasts a long time. I don't use it in every single glass of water I drink,. though.
