You'll need to increase your fruit intake dramatically at the same time, to make up for the

thousand-plus fat calories you'll likely be dropping from your daily ... yes daily ... diet.

My hair is very dry. In the summer I basically live on fruit and the only fat I eat is a tbsp. of olive or flax oil per day.

Sometimes before bed I rub hair and scalp with coconut oil too. I have some cans of coconut milk, old too, so may start washing my body with it and then my hair of course. Wonder if there will be any changes seen. At least here it is very dry, but in NY I lost that excuse years ago as it is humid. So no comfortable balance found yet. I can't even blame it on the shampoo either. carolgMorningGlory113@... wrote: You'll need to increase your fruit intake dramatically at the same time, to make up for thethousand-plus fat calories you'll likely be dropping from your daily ... yes daily ... diet.
