Guest guest Posted June 12, 2006 Report Share Posted June 12, 2006 Sprout Loaf - The Hippocrates Diet, by Ann Wigmore.- 1 cup alfalfa sprouts- 1 cup lentil sprouts- 1 cup mung bean sprouts- 1/2 cup cabbage sprouts- 1 cup shelled raw almonds, ground- 1 celery stalk, diced- 1 scallion, diced- 1/2 red pepper, seeded and diced- 1 TBS. tamari (natural soy sauce)Mix ingredients in a bowl, adding just enough spring or filtered water to form a loaf. Serve on a bed of romaine lettuce.
