Stop worring about what the blasted scale says young lady!!! I've only lost 41 lbs in 5 months, but I've dropped 3 sizes. The owner of the CURVES I work out at saw me for the first time in months yesterday and didn't recognize me! I've gone from a size 24 (tight) to a size 18 (very comfortable) My 3X Curves tee shirts went into the recycle bin and I proudly wear my XL's now with much smaller gym pants. I feel that I don't really see it that much on the scale either but in my clothes, WOW, what a difference it's made. So MRS. - cut yourself some slack, watch your food intake as best you can and ENJOY your size 18 body and impending marriage. Guest guest
Hey , You are amazing! I have found everyone has their own speed and timing in all of this. I am so excited about my 40 lb weight loss, but when I see others down 60 I get green with envy too. I just always have to remind myself that I am different. My metabolism, body weight, etc. etc are unique to only me. I am sure what you are doing for YOU is what you need at this time. Just remember how wonderful you feel and don't worry about the scale. I was weighing every day and got so frustrated. Take a break and wait a while. Like Liz said, If your clothes feel looser you probably are gaining muscle. You have sooo much exciting things happening in your life. I am thrilled for you. Cheers, I Re: Liz* Re: Should I get an adjustment? Need advice.
