Guest guest
Tone, Sorry to hear of your swollen feet. I don't have a suggestion for that, but wondering if cayenne will help with the numbness to increase circulation. If you do a google.com search for Dr. and cayenne, you should find an article and more about it's benefits. Feel well and great to see you here. carolg Tone <tone102@...> wrote: Good Afternoon all, Hope you all enjoyed the weekend and wishing all a wonderful holiday. I was wondering if there was anything that can be done for extremely swollen feet and ankles. Swollen to the point of a mix of painful and numb and difficulty walking. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Cold rags were applied but that did nothing Thankyou Be well and have a beautiful day Toni Pa says "When the men in white coats come; don't think it's Good Humor"
Guest guest
The last time I had swollen ankles, I applied a Taro Plaster to my kidneys. That ended it and it was over 30 years ago. If you can't get Taro, use the Chlorophyll Plaster Taro Plaster 4 to 5 parts taro root, peeled and finely grated 1 part fresh ginger, not peeled, grated enough white flour to bind. Mix all and out about 1/2 inch thick on affected part - in this case your kidneys. Cover with a clean cloth that is disposable. Leave for 2 hours, carefully discard the plaster and cloth. Put another on for another 2 hours. Or you can leave overnight. Chlorophyll Plaster 4 parts fresh green leaves of any kind - weeds are fine 1 part fresh mint leaves Blend all together in food processor. Apply as above. Guest guest
Gayla - Would you put this plaster on your back over the kidneys or your stomach or does it make a difference? Thanks! Guest guest
, I reasoned that swollen legs or ankles were from excess water. Since water is filtered out through kidneys, I put it on my kidneys. But I had a friend with chronic stomach troubles and I put it on her stomach from just under her breasts to the bottom of her belly for 2 hours a day, two days in a row. Her troubles cleared up and she was passing small black stones for 4 days. Looking back, she had a clogged intestine, for one thing. I have used it on broken fingers and they healed extra-quickly. The man I used it on had usable fingers in 1 1/2 weeks instead of the 6 his dr gave him. Where you use it just depends on what is wrong. Guest guest
Gayla - I've had two meridian tests done over the last 2 1/2 months, the first one showing my right kidney was only operating at 20%. After doing energy work and having the meridian test again, the kidney was showing normal output but my ankles and feet are swollen at night and I know it has to be edema. Your plasters sound very interesting and I will be off to Whole Foods tomorrow to see if they have Taro root. All the " regular " local groceries carry fresh ginger, so that won't be a problem. I wonder if, for the chlorophyll cleanse, instead of weeds could you use lettuce, kale, etc.? Thanks! Guest guest
, all you need for the Chlorophyll Plaster is any dark green leaves. Dark lettuce, kale - yes. I mentioned weeds, because they are free and usually easily available. The mint helps the circulation in the area also. Whole Foods should have fresh mint. If not, let me know and I will send you some. The swelling can be helped by putting your feet up some too. The blood is not circulating well and fluids are leaking out of your blood vessels. I started with my kidneys and that cleared mine up.
