Guest guest
Hey Cheryl I think we've had a few discussion threads about zapping. Check the message archives using zapping as the search word. You should find something. I the meantime, I'll check too and see if I can find some message numbers for you. And I definitely can identify with how hard it is to practice joyful thoughts! But worth the effort! --- In health , " cctux " <cctux@...> wrote: > > Hi Team!!! > > Hope all is well. I have started looking at books re: vibrational > and electro-magnetic healing. Guest guest
Hey Cheryl, Someone on this list has a zapper (Anne, is that you?) ... and is right - there is much in the message archives on this.. I'm not much into zappers at this stage of my life... I'd rather you hear from someone who uses one. If you can't find the messages let us know. Suzi PS I used to do meditations with the colors of the chalkras... cleansing... etc. also did meditations with sound music.... both did help.. My favorite sound tape was the whales singing then a rain forrest one. cctux <cctux@...> wrote: Hi Team!!!Hope all is well. I am especially interested in what I call "zapping" (not sure of correct term) but it is where you run a very low level current through your body. Does anyone know what I am talking about? Suppose to help bone density. I'd like any book recommendations, and if possible, some personal experiences. I believe color and sound therapies are considered part of vibrational healing. Correct? __________________________________________________
