Rik, Sometimes a pinched nerve or being out of alignment can cause this... and cayenne and burdock both work on the blood and arteries, veins, etc... Let us know what turns up. My first thought is circulation. Does she take ceyanne at all? Capsules

or tincture? I's been known to help with poor circulation, among other

things.

I wonder if minor nerve damage would cause this? My wife gets a cold

leg, similar to what you are describing, that her doctor said is

because of the damaged disk in her lower back pinching a nerve.

Sorry I can't be of more help.

Hello

Cold hands and feets are very clearly indicating that blood

circulation has gone down. Which has sub sequently reduced the heat

in the hands and feet.

The simpliest way is to massage the bottom of your feets, with any

foot roller or foot massage. Massage for 10 minutes daily under each

feet.

For hands, take a golf ball and massage it within the plams for 10 -

15 miutes daily. This will improve the circulation on the bases of

ideology of TCM.
