Summer Tomato Basil Soup

Can be used as a Soup or Dressing

Sounds yummy, Suzi! At the Wed. farmer's market I have a great inexpensive source for unsprayed tomatoes and I've been buying lots of them every week. I was hoping to be able to pick my own from my garden soon, but if that doesn't happen, I can still get lots of tomatoes. At least I can use my own basil. I'd like to try this soup. Thanks!
