Debi, YOU ARE DOING GREAT! I am really happy for you. I have the

same problem with chicken. I can do ground meat but chicken is a

problem. I have to chew it up really really well. I know this

sounds a little wacko, but I feel relived when I feel that feeling.

It lets me know that the band IS working! I have a major problem

with junk and it's very unfortunate that junk goes down SOOO easy.

I am committed myself to staying away from junk as much as possible.

Still going to the gym 3-4 times a week. This is my 4th week.

I haven't been weighing every week because Dr A said to focus more on

how I feel. I cooked a bunch of food yesterday and portioned it out

into the gladware and froze it. I give myself the 2 oz of meat and

some fresh green beans. This helps me because I can just pop it in

the microwave but its not processed food.

I hope everyone else is doing as well as Debi! WOO HOO!
