Here's a great recipe as shown from HA newsletter '05...around April-June, 05... RAW SPAGHETTI-ha served and delish This week’s recipe is the one that was served to HealthMinisters on Friday evening at the Health MinistersReunion. The recipe is taken from the recipe book “How WeAll Went RAW” by Nungesser and Malachi. TheRaw Spaghetti recipe is found on page 57, and the 145-pagerecipe book from which it was taken is available fromHallelujah Acres by calling (704)

481-1700. THE PASTA – In a bowl, place the following ingredients:2 large Zucchini (peeled & course grated or sliced in afood processor)1/2 cup chopped mushrooms (use your favorite)6 Italian Olives (pitted and halved) THE SAUCE – In a blender, place the following ingredients: 2 cloves Garlic2 vine ripened Tomatoes1/2 cup Sun Dried Tomatoes2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil1/4 cup fresh Basil1/4 cup fresh Oregano 1 teaspoon Celtic Sea Salt (Or to

taste)Blend well and pour THE SAUCE over THE PASTA (Zucchini)ENJOY!=======Carol's comment: Now that I have used both the spiral slicer (Saladacco) and the spirooli, my favorite is the spirooli for the texture, quick/easy making and cleanup and the it just holds up nicer...worth the investment to me...Carolg--
