Guest guest
When we used to go camping on the coast, I would make a tincture of catnip with ACV and use it as a spray. The mosquitos hated it. Unfortunately the small stinging gnats loved it. Sweetly broken, wholly surrenderedSuzanne <suziesgoats@...> wrote: Any infusion with catnip. Tea used as spray, essential oil added to water tospray. Guest guest
I used to live in one of the mosquito capitols of the world. I put a very small dab of tea tree oil on pulse points, like perfume - behind each ear, wrists, elbows. No bites at all. Guest guest
I spend my winters in south Florida and have found that if I take a garlic/parsley softgel daily the mosquitoes don't bother me. Of course, the mosquitoes don't come out en force until long after I'm north again for the summer. After a bite has occurred, I probably wouldn't think to use anything, unless it got inflamed. Then I'd probably start with cold pressed aloe gel.
