Sunscreen nightmare for baby--scarey experience

My daughter told me of a friend's whose baby is about 16 months old now. The baby is in daycare and she had sunscreen put on her (I don't know the kind). The baby didn't wake up at daycare and was rushed to the hospital. It turned out the baby rubbed her eye and it went into her eye, swelling her face and lip too, including her bloodstream. Turns out the baby is allergic to something in the sunscreen. I can find out the name I hope, but still be aware when using sunscreen. I never used any for my kids nor myself.....now my daughter doesn't believe as I do so not sure what she is going to do now..................... carolg
