Guest guest Posted March 18, 2006 Report Share Posted March 18, 2006 Tzatzkik (Greek Noghurt Dip) 3 limes juiced 1 T fresh ginger 1 cup sunflower seeds 1/2 cup water 4 teaspoons mint leaves 2 cloves garlic Blend until smooth. Serve over Greek Salad (see next post) or mix in some grated cucumber. I have made this twice and it makes enough for 2 with some left over for the next day too depending how much you use.
