Guest guest
Congrats on your weight loss. What a blessing. 4 months out Blessings everyone, What a joyous day for our country and the families of each of the POW's. My prayers continue to assend to the Lord for all the families who have given the most precious thing anyone can give, the life of their loved one. Friday was my 4 month anniversary. I was traveling again so could not weigh until I got home. Saturday morning I got on the scale and have lost 54 lbs. I measured last night and found I have also lost 54 3/4 inches. WOW! I have lost a 3 year old child! LOL I am happy with my loss, I do wish it was going faster but I do understand that I do not have control of that, God does. Thank you Dr. R and Dr. H and all who continue to provide support to us in the process. In His hands, Kathy in NM 302-248 _________________________________________________________________ Add photos to your e-mail with MSN 8. Guest guest
Are you tracking your food? Many of us use the Daily Plate at Livestrong.com. If you enter the foods and quantities you are eating, it will tell you how much protein, carbs, fats, etc that you are getting. If you don't monitor it, you aren't going to know. It's kind of like a car - you don't know if you can get down the road if you don't know how much fuel you pumped in to the tank...
