Hi ashe,

Very well done on your own research in UC and finding a remedy that is

helping you. Are you doing anything diet wise to assist this imbalance

to heal? You can completely recover from this, but then I think you

already know this and are on your way to doing just that.

Hi Dustiashe,

Have you thought about using kefir for your UC? Here's one interesting URL

http://www.pinoman.co.uk/Kefir.html. Dom, the kefir guru and author of

http://users.chariot.net.au/~dna/kefirpage.html has also said that kefir can

heal ulcers (as well as helping with digestive problems) but I cannot find

the reference to that as his site is HUGE.

Anyway, just a thought.....
