Guest guest Posted May 5, 2006 Report Share Posted May 5, 2006 Carl's niece had a cesarian birth this morning 5 weeks early (mind you baby was already 8lb 5ounces) but now she is in intensive care. Don't know details know she had pregnancy induced diabetes and was not looking after herself and has been in and our of hospital. Early birth was for her not the baby's sake I think. Diet not good - Mcs and who knows what else. She is only young (17 or 18 yo) so no point saying anything had to keep my mouth shut but will be talking to her about looking after herself if she wants to breastfeed and have any more babies.
