Guest guest
ne & others, You might want to try one of my old favorite stand bys. We call it orange fluff. Sprinkle a 3 oz. packet of SF/FF orange jello over an 8 oz container of Cottage Cheese. (I dump the Cottage Cheese out into a bowl and sprinkle the jello over it). Mix well. Stir in a can of drained pineapple chunks, then fold in an 8 oz container of fat free kool whip. Refrigerate. Some days this is as yummy as ice cream. You can add other flavors as well...strawberry jello with frozen strawberries, lime jello with pineapple. It is very colorful for holidays...red for valentines, Christmas...Orange for Thanksgiving, green for Christmas and St 's day, etc. Hope you enjoy.
