Guest guest
OREGANO Oregano is a very powerful antiseptic herb when used both inside and outside and if taken freely in the diet can help maintain a high resistance to diseases. It is one of the herbs that its aroma and flavour increases when dried. Keep some dried leaves handy in a sealed glass jar and if someone faints bring out the “jar of the mountain”. Medicinally it is very effective in stomach problems such as peptic ulcers, bladder and kidney ailments. It is also laxative and diurectic and removes mucous. Preparation : Prepare the decoction with one tbsp of the herb in a cup of boiling water for a few minutes and drink 1 cup a day. Some say oregano raises blood pressure, however, I've not known anyone who uses it to have their BP increase... Suzi What is a weed?
