Found them.. Here you go Jeff! Non-Alcoholic Margaritas 8 Large limes 1 Large Valencia orange 6 Cups cold sparkling or mineral water 3/4 Cup sugar (Nutrasweet may be used in place of sugar) Fresh mint leaves Wash limes and orange. Squeeze limes and orange into pitcher. Place lime and orange hulls into the pitcher. Add in sugar. Crush lime and orange hulls with juice and sugar with wooden spoon. (This releases the citrus oil.) Add water to mixture. Stir mixture well. Sweeten to your own taste.In a blender, add 1 cup of ice to every 1/2 cup of lime/orange mixture. Blend well until smooth.Pour into chilled margarita glasses. Garnish with a lime.Mango "Margaritas"Makes 6 eight-ounce servings3 mangoes, peeled, seeded and cubed 2 cups ice Juice of two limes 1/2 cup orange juice 1 tablespoon honey Combine all ingredients into a blender and puree until smooth.

Serve and enjoy! Mock Margaritas Yield: 10 Servings1 can (6 oz) frozen lemonade concentrate1 can (6 oz) frozen limeade concentrate1/4 c powdered sugar3 c crushed ice2 c club soda; chilled1 lime slices; optional1 coarse salt; optionalIn blender container, combine lemonade and limeade concentrates, powdered sugar and ice. Cover, blend until of slush consistency. Add club soda, stir gently. To serve, rub rims of glasses with lime slices; dip rims in coarse salt. Fill each glass with punch mixture. Garnish with lime slices. NOTES : If you are using margarita glasses, you may want to double this recipe to get 10 servings.
