Hi Again

Anyone got any ideas for some filling raw meals to take away and prepare easily without equipment away from home.

Carl is going away a lot at present and I am really getting stuck for how to keep him filled up.

Ordered a dehydrator but it won't be here to after easter.

I'm getting really stuck for ideas at present.
