Guest guest
Hi Jodie and welcome! Tell us a bit more, where exactly is the pain, is it when he raises it, lifts something, is it the shoulder only, the upper arm, etc... Tell us what you've tried so far and for how long... it will help us all to help you. Have you used any "heat massage oil" like in the files under "Natural Herbal Remedies"... any anti-inflamatory herbs, or MSM, any Bone, Flesh & Cartlidge tincture? Here are a few websites to help out also. http://www.homeopathylife.com/pdf/hl_injur.pdf#search='pulled%20ligaments%2C%20healing' http://www.elixirs.com/ruta.cfm http://www.wholehealthmd.com/refshelf/substances_view/1,1525,807,00.html Suzistanchnmotion <stanchnmotion@...> wrote: Hi,My 16yo son injured his shoulder around the middle of January. He's not sure how he did it but he's still having pain when he tries to use it very much. ( I waas thinking that maybe he pulled a muscle or injured a ligament when he was lifting weights.) I had him wear a sling for the first two weeks and I thought it was getting better but everytime he uses it very much it starts to hurt again. I'm a single mom and we don't have any medical insurance (not that I believe in MD's). But I'm begining to worry that it's really serious because it doesn't seem to be improving. At 16 my son has never been to a doctor (he was born at home with a mid-wife) and I give him herbs if I think he is trying to catch a cold or something. We also eat mostly organic foods. I sure would appreicate any suggestions on what I can do to help his shoulder heal. He's very discouraged because he plays Hockey and was ready to take his Black Belt test in Karate and now he is not able to do either.I also would like an idea as to how long I should limit his using his right arm. Now when he uses it it hurts. Are there herbs that he can take or rubs I should be using? New Messenger with Voice. Call regular phones from your PC and save big.
