Guest guest Posted May 10, 2006 Report Share Posted May 10, 2006 Dark Chocolate Trawffles by Malinsky4 tbs. raw cacao butter 3 tbs. dark agave nectar 1/2 cup raw cocoa powder1/4 vanilla bean (seeds only)1/2 tsp. Himalayan salt.2 tbs. tocotrienols (palm oil)2 tbs. chopped hazelnutsraw cocoa powder (to coat)How to: Melt the cocoa butter in a small bowl. Mix in the cocoa powder, agave, salt and vanilla. Stir in the toco's and the hazelnuts. Place mixture to harden in fridge for 5 mins. Once slightly hardened take 2 tsp. of the mixture and roll it up to form a ball or truffle shape. Roll the balls in cocoa powder. Repeat this process until all the mixture is gone. Suzi What is a weed?
