Guest guest
I've covered all angles Suzi. My diet is good. I walk. I had to stop working out years ago because I would get severe upper respiratory ailments whenever I would start a new program. My move south was for my health and my system has been a little more resistent to problems here. But I have had battles. I've struggled with almost constant exhaustion since I was born Suzi. I was born with teeth so I never breastfed. I was all bones as a child and my grandparents would mix butter with molasses just to get me to eat something. (I've never been the person who could go out for fun at night.) I think I've mentioned it on here before. It has been a lifelong companion and isn't anything new to me. I was a vegetarian for a number of years but it just seemed to get worse during those years instead of better. I had a doc up north who used to give me IV drips that really helped, but no one does that here and he retired. Some want to give me Synthroid, but I don't test strongly for it and I understand once you start that you can't stop...I don't always have the cash to be buying a constant perscription. I've found that being a carnivore is the only thing that gives me the stamina to make it through the day. Chewing adrenal supplements helps for the day I take them only. Also, complete absence from people and food with total rest for about a week helps, but I don't get the time for that anymore. It is just getting more difficult as I get older. Onion juice is worth trying. - Thanks for the parsley tip.. I can do that. (And yes, before anyone asks, I've done all the food allergy testing and candida things too.) > Is there a way to banish the odor that will emit from me if I try > this Suzi? Guest guest
So your thyroid is acting up? (Synthroid??). Here are some herbs for thyroid... you may find interesting. Bugleweed, helps to normalize the overactive thyroid. Lythospermic and other organic acids found in Bugleweed help to decrease the levels of certain hormones in the body - including TSH (thyroid stimulating hormone produced by the pituitary gland) and T4 (produced by the thyroid). It can also inhibit the binding of antibodies to the thyroid gland, helping to relieve the symptoms of Grave's Disease. officinalis: - also called lemon balm, is well-known for its soothing and calming properties and is widely prescribed by herbalists for the relief of anxiety and insomnia. Some studies have also suggested that also helps to soothe the overactive thyroid gland, particularly in the case of Grave's Disease. This herb may help to block the attachment of antibodies to the thyroid cells, as well as preventing TSH from stimulating the overactive thyroid. Leonurus cardica: - also called Motherwort has traditionally been used to soothe heart palpitations as well as menstrual irregularity and anxiety, making it an excellent addition to this remedy. peacefulglow <peacefulglow@...> wrote: I've covered all angles Suzi.
