Guest guest
You probably got ahold of my favorite lemon the Meyers. Meyers lemons are so good I've heard of people eating the entire lemon, rind and all. I find them to resemble a lemony orange in flavor and to have the most juice of any lemon on the market. Their skin is quite thin and usually quite a few seeds but oh so worth the time to pick them out or strain them. Shari
Guest guest
Should lemons be washed before use? I wonder if doing this would remove the beneficial oils on the skin, as I want to juice the whole fruit. ? -- In health , Suzanne <suziesgoats@...> wrote: > > Lemon Juice Tips > Toay let's talk a bit about a healthy fruit that doesn't get nearly as much attention as it should... the lowly lemon, which is wonderfully rich in nature's purest vitamin C. > > Did you know that lemon juice is an antioxidant? > > It's true.
