You probably got ahold of my favorite lemon the Meyers. Meyers lemons are so good I've heard of people eating the entire lemon, rind and all. I find them to resemble a lemony orange in flavor and to have the most juice of any lemon on the market. Their skin is quite thin and usually quite a few seeds but oh so worth the time to pick them out or strain them.

Should lemons be washed before use? I wonder if doing this would

remove the beneficial oils on the skin, as I want to juice the whole

fruit. ?
