Guest guest
Can one take too much organic ACV? I bought some organic Bragg's ACV yesterday. What would be the recommended daily dose and would adding it to all of the water I drink cause any problems? I currently squeeze a half a lemon into each glass of water I drink but after drinking a glass with the ACV today I almost think I prefer that taste. I bought orange lemons at the store also. I thought they were simply lemons with a different colored rind but in reality the lemon has a bit of orange taste and smell to it. It tastes very good in water, too. Considering at my age I have never known of a orange lemon, does anyone know if the fruit is genetically modified? Thanks! L.
Guest guest
Don't know about orange lemons but acv in your water is fine... I used to drink equal parts honey and acv in water on ice daily (was good for arthritis, cleared it right up) I did about a 1/4 cup once or twice a day back then.. Guest guest
Lynn, about a 1/4 cup each honey and acv and then warm water added, about 1/2 glass and stir, then add ice to chill (tastes better cold) the amount of water depends on how strong you want the drink (or can handle it)... I started with more at first and then lessened the water down as I began to enjoy it more..
