Guest guest
I'll have to try this. We always dehydrate our citrus rinds and pulverize them to make organic vit C capsules. Speaking of vit C capsules, I had an idea for the cold and flu season. Y'all tell me what you think. I thought I'd try mixing about 3-1, or even 2-1 ratio, citrus rind (pulverized and sifted) with the dehydrated Tonic mash (also pulverized) in capsules. That way, in my mind anyway, we'd get the vit C, and the decongestant action of the mash and the boost to the immunity system. Any thoughts? Dry lemon and orange peels till brittle. Powder them and sieve with a fine mesh. Rub teeth with powder and wash. This mixture acts as an excellent whitener for teeth, with continued use.· Add sea salt to a tsp. of lemon juice to make a paste. Apply all over teeth, brush to give a gentle massage, rinse. Makes teeth white. Repeat weekly for very yellow cases. Suzi Use Photomail to share photos without annoying attachments.
Guest guest
How many capsules you going to take to achieve this?? I only ask cause you have now halfed the amount of both... I think I would keep them separate... as you can always take the tonic in water and take the c capsule all at once.. instead of doubling the amount of capsules you'll be taking.. just my thoughts.. but the tonic capsules are good if you're going on vacation or traveling etc.. Guest guest
Well, I was thinking of 4-6 for an adult, max of 4 for . Marilyn and are having trouble with taking the liquid Tonic these days. Seems to be upsetting their stomachs. The capsules buffered with the vit C doesn't, though just Tonic mash capsules do. I still am taking up to 3 tbsp of Tonic a day, and up to 6 vit C capsules. I was just wondering if combining the two would make it easier without compromising the intentions of each. Guest guest
Well, "hot" is relative. **And you have some hot relatives** Hush Guido! Anyway, it is pretty hot, and they do take it with something on their stomachs.
