Well I have been 100% raw vegan for 3 weeks now with no cravings or slipups at all.

I am truly surprised at how easy it has been for both Carl and I. Maybe cause we are doing it together and it is meant to be.

I am enjoying sour taste like lemons and limes in dressings. Ginger and chilli's in dressings. Eating raw vegetables I could never stomach before and actually enjoying food in general.

It is great :-).

Have a great day/night.

Blessings

Tracey

How awesome for you. I'm on the path. I appreciate your words of encouragement and I do kinda relate.... I used to feel like I was giving up something. Maybe resentful would be a word I would choose to describe those feelings, but now I love eating healthy and the other stuff doesn't tempt me at all. I guess I always say in my head "if I really want, I'll have it". Since then I just don't want it. Eventually, I might say the same over a totally raw diet.
