Well, I'm guessing ours won't last long enough to spoil either. I made a quart three days ago and it's already down to the dregs. In fact, I need to make more tomorrow. Will soak the almonds overnight tonight.

Almond milk is yum isn't it. I can't tell you how long it will keep though cause it doesn't last very long in our house.
