Thoroughly wash all ingredients. Remove the carrot skins if they are not organically grown. Cut the ingredients into pieces small enough, if needed, to fit into the juicer. 2. Process the ingredients by bunching up the parsley and spinach and pushing them through the juicer with the carrots and apples. Drink immediately. Suzi What is a weed?
