Guest guest
Dear Sungazers, I am a sungazer in New Mexico and my serious circulation problems are alleviated by sungazing, and I would like to know if there are others out there who have had any kind of experience similar to mine. I have a genetic low protein S and also respond to coumadin and heparin with Thrombocytopenia (hyper-coagulable state). I have had extensive clotting in my left leg starting when I was 28 on the birth control pill. It started with one clot in my groin area and I had been symptomatic for 2 weeks before they found the clot. When they found the clot it was the size of a marble but as soon as they put me on heparin, the clot quickly grew within days down to my knee. They sent me home " anti-coagulated " on coumadin only for the clot to grow again and within just 2 days time I was back in the hospital again with severe leg pain and the clot had grown again down to mid calf this time. Over the years I clotted repeatedly all while 'anti-coagulated' on high doses of coumadin. The study that shows 3% patients react to heparin and coumadin with hypercoagulable states came out in 2002. I have been without drugs (i.e. coumadin) for a year now and on sunlight through sungazing instead and I have never felt better in 15 years. My condition kept me confined too much of the time to resting with my feet up cuz the leg was very temperamental and would puff and swell and doctor advice said to rest when it does this cuz otherwise I had likelihood of clotting. Within the past month, I came down with a head cold and had to miss sungazing for a week; then cloudy weather and more missed sungazing. My leg began to puff and swell and return to it's usual temperamental state that it had been in for 14 years before sungazing. Now that I have resumed sungazing at 40 minutes a day, my leg is again improved. My circulation is much better. The leg has a dramatically greater endurance and I only need to put it up a fraction of the time. I wonder if somebody wants to do a scientific study of me to find out the scientific process that is causing this dramatic improvement in my well-being due to sungazing. My eye sight is normal as of my last eye exam which in fact showed elimination of astigmatism in one eye and reduction of astigmatism in the other eye. The eye exam also revealed a very round golden circle on the center of each macula which the eye doctor said was not macular generation and said he did not know what it was; my vision was normal. I do a lot of reading daily and my vision is normal. I do not suffer from headaches. I wonder if you know of anybody doing sun research who would want to research what is going on with me that is causing such a dramatic improvement in my well-being due to sungazing. Also, I have contacted a yale university doctor, Dr. Desan, who is keeping my name and history on his files, who is interested in sunlight research, and he has requested I pass along to him any other names/contacts of people who have had a similar experience to mine (namely, people who have experienced healing benefits from clotting conditions due to sungazing). I have kept detailed records of my sungazing activities (day, time and length of sungazing session). If anyone has had a similar experience -- who has experienced healing or dramatic improvement from clotting disorders due to sungazing, please contact me. Guest guest
Cathie, Do a "search" in the message archives as we had some discussion regarding sungazing in the past few months... you may find some answers there.
