You can try the garlic oil... Have him take tonic every hour or two... sounds like an inner ear infection... It this doesn't work try HOMEOPATHYRemedies: First try Capsicum l0x. These are homeopathic meds.... most HFS and some organic grocery stores carry them... here is a website... http://www.1-800homeopathy.com/If after a day of taking super tonic every hour the pain is the same...
