Guest guest
Toni, Have you tried the nerve sedative formula in the files? Deep breathing, meditation? For me, I give my problems to God and universe to be worked out. While I'm working towards the problem I know it is also being worked on from above.. (but this is me as I'm a spiritual person) But things usually work out for the best for me (just sometimes not the way I had it planned) As for the kitties - do you have any protective animal shelters around (no-kill)? There is so much going on, I am just a stroke waiting to happen. I also have until about maybe and that is a maybe April 1st to get out of here as the house was sold. What do I do with my outside cats who have depended on me for the past nine years? And the porch which I have to clear out by the weekend and they are not allowed in anymore? Anyway, no drama here just wanted to know what would be good for overloads of stress. I am existing solely on wine and sedatives. Perhaps if things work out and I cannot see that right now, I will start from scratch and clean my slate Thanks all Photos – Showcase holiday pictures in hardcover Photo Books. However, the wine and sedatives are not helping you, they will not help you, and they will only make your situation worse. This is just my opinion but I have been there. These substances are only going to depress you even more and you won't get anything done. The best is to just let them go and do what you gotta do. When it is all over and done with then kick back and relax. Worrying won't get it done either. All I can tell you is just do it. Get it done and get it over with. Then get on with life. I am sorry this sounds harsh as it is not meant to be that way. -- Peace be with you, Tone. Guest guest
Toni,I have struggled with anxiety and depression for as long as I can remember (from age 6, at least). I used to rely solely on Prozac, Xanax and occasional help from a psychologist. Although I still occasionally take Prozac and Xanax (during periods of EXTREME stress), I have found alternative ways to deal with both. When I wake up in the morning, I put two drops of lavender EO on each wrist (on the pulse points), and then rub my wrists together to help with absorption of the EO. At night I do the same thing, only with the EO blends of " Peace & Calming " and " Trauma Life. " Adding those three EOs has *really* improved the intensity of the depression and anxiety I deal with on a daily basis. Hope this helps! On 1/17/06, Tone <tone102@...> wrote: Morning all. Guest guest
I will keep off the drama and the wine and sedatives when the time is right. For now they are getting me through each day as they come. Hi Toni, I totally understand that you have to do whatever you can because the situation seems overwhelming to you. I'm not going to suggest you eat certain foods or stop doing what you're doing because they may be your only means of coping right now and getting you through this dilemma. And you ARE going to get through it and come out fine. It seems that no matter how impossible life gets, it always works out. In fact, the only advice I'd give to you is to believe that...it's going to work out because it's designed that way. Your father is fine now and is still with you. Explain to the cats what is happening (NO...I'm not joking about this one!). They will find their way and be taken care of. I know that takes a lot of trust but I've come to the conclusion that we can't do it all on our own. We have unseen spiritual help and it's waiting for us to ask. Your job now is to take care of Toni and find a place to live. Just take some time to pray or meditate or whatever it is that you do to let go of the weight, and trust the answers will come.
