From morbidly obese, 288 lbs and a BMI of 49 to 173 lbs and a BMI of 29. Here's a BMI scale that Jon posted several months ago if you're interested.... <18.5 = underweight >18.5 <25 = normal >25 <30 = overweight >30 <35 = obese category I >35 <40 = obese category II >40 = severely obese (aka MO) Manda Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
