Guest guest
Howdy - my stepdaughter Kim has had a really rough couple of years - she was thrown from a horse in the fall of 2003. Her Dad (My husband) died in December of 2003 and then she was diagnosed with breast cancer in early 2004 - she did have a double mastectomy with chemo. The fall from the horse apparently cracked some ribs and tore lots of muscle in the rib and back area and then with the surgery she had lots of muscle and tissue damage in the same area. Kim still is dealing with severe deep muscle and tendon pain. I am sending her some deep tissue repair oil but was wondering about anything else that would help her out. Her diet is OK - not great - eats lots of fruits and veggies - some coffee and some meats - mostly chicken and wild game - elk and venison. She does drink lots of water and no soda pop - quit smoking in 2003. If we can get some of the pain down so she can sleep and function better I believe then she would be more willing to look into some fasting and cleanses. thanks lots
