Guest guest Posted January 5, 2006 Report Share Posted January 5, 2006 thank you Suzi for all the bone info...I also learned recently that it is thought that Japanee women break almost no bones because they eat natto, which is molded beans. it smells awful and may taste awful, so I wonder if anyone freeze dries it and packs it into large capsules?
