NATTO in Japan and bones

thank you Suzi for all the bone info...I also learned recently that it

is thought that Japanee women break almost no bones because they eat

natto, which is molded beans. it smells awful and may taste awful, so I

wonder if anyone freeze dries it and packs it into large capsules?

I am 65 but recently had to have 2 teeth pulled which now leaves me

with 22 teeth...some have caps.
