I just fixed a salad without thinking about what I was doing. Even when working I will be juicing at least 1 meal and eating mostly Raw the rest. My biggest downfall is when cooking for these boys I work with - I tend to taste and snack when cooking and 18 teenage boys just couldn't survive if I tried to fix them Raw meals. I am not currently working on weightloss but am more trying to get my body a little healthier and my mood stabilized before I quit smoking completely at the end of this month. I really want to quit so have given myself the month of January to start eating healthier and cutting back on the smotking a little bit at a time so the shock might not be as bad on Feb. 1st when I am throwing the cigs away for the last and final time. My goal is to not gain any weight when I quit and then can work on weightloss later down the road when I finally get this monkey off my back. I have moved the exercise bike out of the back room and have

parked it next to the computer in the hopes that I will use it while waiting for computer to boot or things to download. The tredmill and rowing machine are still in the back room but now there is room for me to use them. I am taking my Total nutrition (complete nutrition when get the rest of ingredients) daily but cannot handle 2 TBS. in the morning so am taking 1 small TBS in my morning juice and taking 4 of the 00 capsules every couple of hours the rest of the day. Total tonic is easy I can and do eat that stuff on a regular basis with the mash still in it - I like it even as a snack. So Don if you are telling me that garlic and cayenne are not good on a diet you will break my heart. Of course you broke my heart when you moved to Slovinia in the first place. LOL The smoking and the depression are the big things in my life right now - I need to get them under control before

I move on with my life. yes I understand BABY STEPS but this is the first time in a long time that I have been excited about doing anything. So any and all advice are more than welcome I love and trust all of you guys.
