I was excited for you about your date and I'm sorry it fell through. One of the things I respect about you is your openess with other people. Thank you for sharing the good and the bad with us all. It would be all to easy to pretend that your date went well or that he just wasn't your type... I'm sorry you were disappointed. Having spent time with you, I can tell them they are the ones missing out! Hey, I'll be at the party! I can't wait to see everyone. My husband and I will be there. I'll be the " tiny " one with the big Green Beret in his dress blues. I wish I could be at the convention but I'm swamped with house stuff and a law school paper that's due on Monday and can't afford to spend the day up there. (I'm near Fayetteville.)
