Let's see now, leave out the soy sauce (Tamari or Shoyu yes), Soak the

lentils, quinoa and barley 24 hours (drain and sprout), Add everything

else along with warm water and you have a good raw soup. And because the

lentils and barley are sprouted much better for you.

Okay, okay, maybe no one else would like it but it might be good. Maybe

I will try it one of these days. If I do and I recall I will let you all

know how it turns out.
