Guest guest
Hi All OK I've had a look at one of the herb reaction sites from the files and now I am totally confused and don't know what to do. I've got him back on lots of garlic and the site said that not to use if on diabetes medication. He's on aspirin to thin blood and site says not to eat too many greens cause of Vit K clotting. He probably doesn't need the diabetes medication or the cholesterol medication. On his 2nd day of raw now me on my 3rd. Any advice would be great as this is just too confusing after all the stress of the past week, a week I never want to repeat again. How much is "lots" He's on aspirin to thin blood and site says not to eat too many greens cause of Vit K clotting. You're eating raw and also adding cayenne and garlic in say an olive oil over salad... You're not eating totally greens, but grains, root veggies, fruits, etc. He probably doesn't need the diabetes medication or the cholesterol medication. On his 2nd day of raw now me on my 3rd. If he doesn't need them, (me again) don't.. but that is up to you. Any advice would be great as this is just too confusing after all the stress of the past week, a week I never want to repeat again. Remember to drink plenty of water also. Tracey Use Photomail to share photos without annoying attachments.

Carl has always drank heaps of water. Thanks heaps Tracey

Sprouted grains are alright. The roots are too starchy. No need for aspirin. Carl didn't have any blood clots, right? You need to remember that the medicos use shotgun technology. They throw anything and everything they can think of. No need for anti-clotting medications, no need for aspirin. Keep him raw, eating lots of fruts (and I do mean biologically classified fruits: cucumbers, tomtoes, apples, pears, all berries, peppers, melons, squashes, citrus (though not too much as they have little fiber) bananas, kiwi, etc. Plenty of salad for his greens. Or go with mono meal eating. If some one thing looks especially good to him let him eat it until he is satisfied. Before he knows it he will be feeling much better and so will you.
