Beginning of day 6

Okay, yesterday was an interesting day. I felt quite good though a

little run down and low on energy. I also allowed temptation to overcome

my will and fell into a quite small portion of raw leafy green salad.

This would not be so bad if I had actually been hungry but I was not in

the least, quite interesting physical/mental/emotional observation. Note

to anyone who wishes to fast....Don't be around where others are eating.

Makes it really tough. However, this morning I did manage my first bowel

movement since beginning this fast so I guess the little bit of fiber

may have helped. I can tell you I do feel a lot better but am back to

steeling my will and not refusing food but following what my body

wishes. My gum is still slightly swollen and sore but getting much

better all the time. I am experiencing some low energy levels at times

and some energy spikes at times. I am not experiencing any other more

stomach or lower back pains right now so that is good. Will post more later.

Hmmm...then again, maybe my mind was telling me that a little fiber

would help with the BM. Intersesting how the body/mind connection works.
