The aloe vera gel would be thicker like the whipping cream and the consistency would be similar. If you used coconut milk, add a touch of corn starch to get that thicker paste. Storebought goat's milk is usually concentrated and would be ok as is. Real goat's milk would be even better!!!!!!!!! ) Coconut oil would be a hair bit too greasy as would shea butter and the other butters. I attempted a body polish with shea butter and now gotta figure out how to "redo" it. LOL! As long as the end result isn't runny and is a thick paste - any of the above would be fantastic and good to vary the routine.
