I haven't tried any coconut cream, but have used coconut milk and goat's milk. The aloe vera gel would be thicker like the whipping cream and the consistency would be similar. If you used coconut milk, add a touch of corn starch to get that thicker paste. Storebought goat's milk is usually concentrated and would be ok as is. Real goat's milk would be even better!!!!!!!!! :)) Coconut oil would be a hair bit too greasy as would shea butter and the other butters. I attempted a body polish with shea butter and now gotta figure out how to "redo" it. LOL!

As long as the end result isn't runny and is a thick paste - any of the above would be fantastic and good to vary the routine.

Becky, I don't know ........that is why I'm asking... would the aloe be a good sub for a cream??
